Whether you’re a first-timer or a group fitness fanatic, come ready to have a blast! We’ll pump out energizing tunes as our YMCA certified instructors lead you through a mash-up of workout favorites while special guests WJXT4 Melanie Lawson, WJXT4 Tarik Minor, and DJ Victor Kemp keep the energy up off the field! You’ll leave with a workout high, new friends, and incredible sense of accomplishment!

This is a FREE event open to the entire community. Donations are appreciated to help families affected by Hurricane Irma. Many parents now dealing with the storm’s aftermath have to make spending choices now between repairs/recovery or their kids’ sports or other Y programs. We think it is critical to support recovery by giving families a scholarship, and allowing their children to be KIDS! Playing sports, spending time with friends before and after school at the Y and learning while having fun are all ways to restore their childhood. #FirstCoastSTRONG

Fitness Fusion is for the whole family! FREE childcare will also be available on-site for kids ages 6 weeks and older. They will be supervised by our certified, professional YMCA KidZone staff. Kids ages 5-12 will have fun participating in Jaguars Game Day youth activities, including bounce houses, on the brand new Flex Field. RSVP for childcare here:

You’ll leave fizzing with energy and on track for all-around healthy living. • SH’BAM A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! • HIIT/GRIT™/CORE LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. We’ll also have exercises to work your core. • LINE DANCING • YOGA • ZUMBA The class that started the dance-fitness revolution and changed the way we look at a “workout” forever. It’s fun, effective and best of all? Made for everyone!
