This workout is a bit of everything & anything. One thing you can count on, though, is the workout is designed by a certified trainer and ready to modify every exercise to suit your individual needs. The purpose of Outdoor Bootcamp is to make fitness FUN & keep it FUNCTIONAL, and most importantly SAFE. You'll get so much more than a "workout buddy" with this program. This workout is not your typical studio class. We get dirty, we work hard, we play with various types of fitness training equipment, and we meet outside of bootcamp to keep each other motivated to reaching our personal goals. I promise, you will be pushed outside of your comfort zone in order to reach your personal fitness goals. Each week we will talk about food intake, tips and tricks to stay motivated, and we will stay focused for 6 weeks to see an increase in our strength and decrease in our body fat.
